Diversity has always mattered at Pond Lehocky Giordano. We are proud to be recognized by the Legal Intelligencer’s Pa Law Magazine as third in the state of Pennsylvania with the highest percentage of minority attorneys, and twenty-eighth in the state with the highest percentage of female attorneys. Pond Lehocky Giordano’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is a declaration to continue to grow, learn, listen, and improve. The Committee is a group committed to creating strategic, sustainable, and most importantly authentic DEI initiatives that support Pond Lehocky employees, clients, and our community.
The DEI Committee is comprised of both attorneys and staff members and was formed under the leadership of Founding Partner Thomas J. Giordano, Jr. and Partner Melissa R. Chandy.
