Christopher D. Armstrong earned his B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude. During his time at Arizona State, Mr. Armstrong interned and became a group associate at a Fortune 500 wealth management company. While working in wealth management, he helped numerous workers, employees, and soon-to-be retirees with planning for their futures and helping them reach their retirement goals.
Mr. Armstrong went on to receive his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. While attending law school, Mr. Armstrong participated in the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP), where he acquired useful litigation skills such as public speaking, evidentiary objections, deposition strategies, and negotiation tactics. He also took an interest in employment law courses and focused his studies on workers’ rights.
Following his first year of law school, Mr. Armstrong joined Pond Lehocky as a law clerk, writing hearing briefs and conducting legal research. Mr. Armstrong is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and became an associate at Pond Lehocky in October of 2018 following his bar admission. During Mr. Armstrong’s first year of practice at Pond Lehocky, he primarily focused on Social Security disability cases and representing disabled individuals. Thereafter, Mr. Armstrong began practicing workers’ compensation litigation at the firm: attending hearings, mediations, and depositions on behalf of injured workers.
Mr. Armstrong now primarily focuses his attention on workers’ compensation settlements and negotiations. On a regular basis, he attends mediations, settlement hearings, and negotiates workers’ compensation settlements for injured workers. He is proud to be a part of the firm’s Resolution Team, helping secure thousands of settlements for injured workers.
Mr. Armstrong resides in Marlton, New Jersey with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Isla. He enjoys the Philadelphia restaurant scene and spending time outside with his wife and daughter. When he has the time and weather permits, he spends weekends paddle boarding and relaxing at his family’s lake house.
